Tighe Residence
After Hurricane Ike, many were left with the need and opportunity to remodel. Our Client came to us with severe water damage to his high rise home and the idea of loft style living. Requirements included an open floor plan, large kitchen with island and bar, and a generous master suite.

The Kemple Family had two primary goals when we first started working with them: Update their children’s bath and build an in-law suite addition. Ideas to improve the their home resulted in a multi phased series of projects, turning their 1980’s Piney Point home into a truly luxurious showcase home.
