This high rise condo was designed for a hip sophisticated bachelor and his feline companions. We left building elements exposed - concrete ceiling joists, black iron, copper and lead piping, and electrical conduit. The exterior wall of brick and CMU was also left in a raw and unfinished state and contrasts the tight clean look of white tile floor and bold colors. A raised kitchen floor provided the flexibility needed to relocate plumbing for a new kitchen layout. Care and considerations were also given to four legged friends – with a location for the water purification bowl and special cat door.
